Once you’ve booked Caravan Morrison, we’ll help you create a drinks menu that suits your event, your guests and, most importantly, your budget.

When it comes to what we can serve, the sky really is the limit. Our vintage caravan has three taps and our horse float has two, but taps are only the beginning. Beer, cider, cocktails and other favourites can be served on tap, while we can also organise bottled and canned beer, wine, bubbles, spirits, mixers, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks and more.

Closer to your event, we’ll organise a Google Meet planning session where we’ll talk through how you’d like your bar service to run on the day. This is where we start putting all the pieces together, service times, your drinks selection, cocktail service and all those little details that help the bar flow smoothly.

We’ll also work with you to build your custom bar menu. Tell us what you love, what your guests drink and what you’d ideally like to spend, and we’ll help turn those ideas into a menu that works within your budget.

Through our wholesaler, we can source a huge range of products and help you determine realistic quantities, so you’re not left trying to work out how many kegs, cases, bottles or cocktails you need for 80, 120 or 200 guests.

We can also help decide when and how different drinks are served perhaps cocktails for a set period, beer on tap throughout the night, bubbles on arrival, or a signature cocktail to kick things off.
